The Outer Ring Diameter is 17mm whereas Inner Ring Diameter is 10mm Thickness: 0.25mm 1Pcs Battery Insulators Adhesive Paper Rings.

1. Take off each insulation paper from base paper.
2. Put and stick upper hollow adhesive insulation paper on the top of battery positive.
3. Put and stick lower solid adhesive insulation paper on the negative.
4. Then, you can weld Ni tape or Ni-plated steel plate with positive, negative to make the battery pack.
