Product Overview
Red Skull 183°C Solder Paste 50g is a practical soldering paste designed for electronics repair, printed circuit board work, surface mount soldering, and fine maintenance tasks that require controlled solder flow. With a melting point of 183°C, this paste is suitable for many common repair jobs where the technician needs reliable bonding without using unnecessarily high heat.
The paste combines solder alloy particles with flux to help improve wetting, spreading, and bonding on electronic pads and component terminals. It is especially useful for repair work that involves small pads, rework areas, and components that need accurate solder placement before heating. The 50g container gives a practical quantity for workshop use, mobile phone repair, circuit board maintenance, and repeated electronics service tasks.
This product is commonly used in BGA stencil reballing, surface mount repair, pad tinning, small component replacement, and board-level electronics work. Its formulation is designed to support good conductivity, oxidation resistance, reduced residue, and cleaner solder joints when used correctly with suitable temperature control and proper soldering technique.
The Red Skull style container is compact and easy to keep on a repair bench. It helps keep the paste stored in one place and makes it more convenient for technicians who regularly work with hot air stations, soldering irons, rework stations, stencils, and electronic repair tools.
Apply a small amount of solder paste to the target pad or stencil area, place the component correctly, then heat using a suitable hot air station, rework station, or soldering iron according to the job type. Avoid applying excessive paste, as too much material may cause solder bridges between close pins. For fine-pitch components, use a stencil or precision application method whenever possible.
For best results, clean the target area before applying the paste, use controlled temperature, and avoid overheating sensitive components. After soldering, inspect the joint visually and clean the board if needed according to your repair process.
