Introduction

The Awgem SH2 99-Level Handheld Battery Spot Welder is a compact portable welding tool designed for battery-pack assembly, battery repair and nickel-strip welding. Its integrated welding pins allow accurate one-handed operation without requiring a separate welding pen.

Supported Welding Materials

Actual welding performance depends on material quality, surface condition, battery charge, welding level and contact pressure. Begin with a low setting and increase gradually after testing on a sample strip.

LCD Screen and Operating Modes

The LCD provides quick access to the remaining battery level, real-time temperature, preheating status, trigger delay and selected welding level. The automatic mode is useful for repeated welds, while manual mode gives the operator direct control for detailed battery-repair work.

The manual welding button is positioned for thumb operation. Long-pressing the control allows switching between automatic and manual modes.

Replacing the Welding Pins

1. Switch off the spot welder and allow it to cool completely.

5. Tighten both fixing screws securely before use.
