The BT002 manual hand drill is a practical hand-operated drilling tool designed for controlled, low-speed drilling without electricity. How It Works

Install a compatible drill bit in the chuck and tighten it securely with the supplied chuck key. Hold the main handle firmly with one hand, position the drill bit on the marked drilling point, then rotate the side crank with the other hand. Apply light, steady pressure and allow the bit to cut gradually.

Chuck Installation and Drill Bit Replacement

1. Screw the keyed chuck securely onto the threaded drill shaft.
2. Open the chuck jaws using the supplied chuck key.
3. Insert a compatible drill bit straight into the center of the chuck.
4. Tighten the chuck evenly and confirm that the bit is centered.
5. After use, loosen the chuck with the key before removing the bit.
