Etching Acid Powder 200g for Electronic Boards

The Powder is suitable for preparing a solution etching for (PCB) which can be used in the industry, making engineering projects and tech prototypes. the Powder is safe and suitable for using in the laboratory or at home, by following simple tech steps to etch one or more (PCBs) so it saves time and cost.

Features:

Usage Recommendations (very important):
1. Prepare a plastic or glass container, add the powder on ½ liter of hot water at 50~60 celsius and stir well.
2. Put your (PCB) in the container (the copper area is up & it should be quite shiny and oxide free).
3. Wait for a few minutes (10min).
4. Rinse well with water after etching.

Note:
• The powder contains blue activator crystals.
• After the etching is completed, the remaining solution can be used again.
• To heat the solution, place the solution in a glass or steel or aluminum container and heating to at a temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius.
• To get rid of the remain solution add sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) on it to make it safe (perform the process in a well-ventilated area), or it can be stored in an uncovered plastic bucket for waste liquid disposal after natural air-drying.
