How to Use (Best Practice)

1. Prepare area: power down, clean pads with IPA, and dry.

2. Shake the pen well; prime the tip on scrap until the ink flows.

3. Draw the trace in thin, even strokes; avoid puddling.

4. Let it dry fully before electrical testing or over-coating.

5. For thicker traces, apply a second thin layer after the first is dry.

6. Reseat the cap firmly; store tip-up when possible.

Design Notes

• Keep traces short and wide enough for the intended current; treat like fine jumper wire for low-power signals.

• For pads to be soldered later, solder to adjacent copper where possible and use the ink for the run itself.

• Use an insulating conformal coat over finished artwork in high-humidity or abrasion-prone areas.

طريقة الاستخدام

4. اتركه حتى يجف تمامًا قبل الفحص أو الطلاء العازل.

5. لزيادة السماكة، أضف طبقة ثانية بعد جفاف الأولى.

6. أغلق الغطاء بإحكام وخزّن القلم ورأسه للأعلى عند الإمكان.
