The Raspberry Pi-specific high-current profile provides 5.1V at 5A, which corresponds to approximately 25.5W. The product is marketed as a 27W USB-C Power Supply because its standard USB-PD profiles can deliver the full 27W, for example 9V at 3A or 12V at 2.25A.
This distinction is normal and is reflected in Raspberry Pi’s official technical specifications.

The supply accepts an input range of 100–240VAC at 50–60Hz. This specific X9597 version uses a fixed European Type C plug, so the physical mains connector must be compatible with the socket in the country where it will be used.
